Commission Agreement: Depending on the preference of the seller, we may or may not include a buyer agent commission in the total real estate commission paid at closing. I am here to help clients make the sale work, and together we figure that out in every transaction.
There are several documents we’ll sign together as we list your home that detail fees and expectations.
