- Working with buyers and sellers since 2007, and through several major shifts in the real estate climate, I offer clients a wealth of experience and knowledge. The most critical skill set I offer a seller today is advice on how to best compare offers, what to look for in terms of buyer qualification, and how to best seal a contract in place that works to their advantage.

Fees, Agreements & Tools
My real estate fee encompasses staging & virtual staging as needed, professional photography, customized branding and social advertising of properties, and an interactive virtual walk through and floor plan of your home. MLS Launch in ABOR and Central Texas MLS are included, as well as consultations for market preparation & pricing. Depending on the preference of the seller, we may or may not include a buyer agent commission in the total real estate commission paid at closing.
There are several documents we’ll sign together as we list your home that detail fees and expectations.
I work closely with all clients, and though I do have an excellent coordinating assistant, I will remain your best point of contact throughout our home selling process. Heather & Tasha, my assistants, will often be in touch with updates or communication points as well. It’s important to us that your real estate experience is solid and connected, and that you feel represented and advised from day one until long after closing.

Best advice for sellers in this market
1. Be discerning when reviewing offers. The higest price isn’t always best or strongest offer.
2. Be smart about your pricing strategy. This is not the market to test the waters on list price, and building in a buffer is not essential when we negotiate strong.
