Selling Action Steps
De-cluttering & cleaning begin. We will be looking at area sales as you prep your home for the market. Paperwork is signed and you’ll also have a few easy homework items regarding your home’s survey.
Once staging and make – ready are complete, we will have our photography team in to create beautiful, magazine quality photos, videos and floorplan.
We will keep communication open and we will revisit the sales in your area prior to finalizing your list price.
